d)    less than two weeks before the start of the course there is a 0% refund of your course fees

e)    once the course has begun then no refund will be issued

unless I can offer your place to someone else who appropriately fits the type and timing of the course (you are also welcome to try and find someone to fill your place) or unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Although I myself am a medical doctor and I am working with other qualified health professionals, these courses are not to be seen as a replacement or substitute for medical advice or for services from your own medical team.  We will not be able to provide specific individual medical advice for you or your family.  If you have specific medical concerns relating to your pregnancy or birth then you must speak to your midwife, GP or hospital doctors.  This condition also applies to all the other course tutors and outside speakers involved on my courses.
