I am an experienced Paediatrician and mother of 3, including twins. Being a paediatrician and mother, I know first hand what information would benefit parents. Having worked in the NHS for 10 years, I also have an extensive network of childcare professionals which together makes my paediatric classes for parents unique, informative and enjoyable. First Aid Training for Parents – Come and learn what to do in an emergency, covering CPR, choking, childhood illnesses and what you can do at home. It is invaluable to learn these skills as an expectant parent or new parent. Small groups welcome, takes place in a relaxed environment at a mutually convenient time. Find out more

Private Antenatal Classes for Twins – This is a small relaxed 3 and a half hour private course, covering lots of useful topics on caring for multiples, for both first and second timers. I put you in touch with your local twins group and a twin buddy who is a few months ahead of you in your local area. I welcome couples at any stage of their pregnancy but find that if you are expecting multiples, it is recommended to start classes after 23 weeks scan and before 32 weeks of pregnancy, as your babies are more likely to be born early. Courses can be run in your home or mine in N3 at a convenient time. A resource pack and DVD on feeding is given. Find out more.

Group Antenatal Classes for Twins – This is a small relaxed one day course, covering lots of useful topics on caring for multiples, for both first and second timers. I do my best to put together small groups of couples in the same stage of pregnancy and in the same neighbourhood. This encourages parents to keep in touch, as this can be an enormous support after the course is finished. There will be a maximum of 6 couples. I welcome couples at any stage of their pregnancy but find that if you are expecting multiples, it is recommended to start classes after your 20 week scan and before 32 weeks of pregnancy, as your babies are more likely to be born early. Courses will be run every 3-4 months from 9.30am to 5pm. Find out more

Weaning Workshops – Small group workshops covering the basics of weaning, the evidence and the tips for success. Refreshments provided, handouts given and childcare usually on hand to help. Find out more.
